Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; 3+ years sales/marketing experience.
• Health insurance or managed care experience preferred.
• Driver's License may be required by some plans.
• Life and Health License (can be obtained within 90 days of employment).
• For Fidelis Care and Medicare only: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Travel up to 80% must be willing to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, coordinates, collaborates and conducts events.
• Develops and maintain business relationships to increase membership/enrollment targets.
• Represents the department at internal and external meetings.
• Develops presentations for sales, broker training, and member retention.
• Acts as department liaison for market materials, collateral, inventory and reports.
• Prospects and initiates opportunities for field marketing events and lead generation.
• Coordinates with sales team for successful market execution.
• May develop plans to increase crossover enrollment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
