Job Title: Community Relations Coordinator
Location: Livingston, NJ
Position Summary:
Spring Hills Livingston Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated and organized Community Relations Coordinator to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Sales Office, manage the move-in process for new residents, and assist the Community Relations Director with various prospect management processes. If you are passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors and possess strong communication and organizational skills, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage creative follow-up campaigns under the guidance of the Community Relations Director.
- Organize and maintain tickler systems and sales boards to streamline operations.
- Assist with prospect tours and outreach calls as needed to engage potential residents and their families.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our One-on-One sales strategy and its effective implementation.
- Facilitate the discovery process and participate in on-site tours, home visits, and creative prospect follow-up.
- Handle all necessary paperwork and transitions for new resident move-ins to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Complete various departmental administrative duties to support the Sales Office.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Skills Required:
- Oral Comprehension: Ability to listen and understand spoken information and ideas.
- Organization: Skilled in prioritizing and organizing tasks effectively, especially with sensitive data.
- Verbal and Written Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to various audiences.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and database software to manage tasks efficiently.
Attributes:
- Oral Expression: Ability to effectively communicate information so others will understand.
- Problem Sensitivity: Recognize potential issues in processes without necessarily solving them.
- Inductive and Deductive Reasoning: Ability to derive conclusions from sets of information and apply general rules to specific situations.
Experience and Education:
- Some college education is preferred.
- At least one year of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
