Job summary

Encore Village is seeking full-time and part-time Community Relations Associates to support residents’ daily needs and enhance their quality of life.

Under supervision of licensed nursing staff and the SLP Manager, duties include housekeeping, laundry, dining assistance, resident engagement, safety monitoring, and daily living activities support.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and respectful approach to working with older adults.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to perform a variety of resident support and household tasks.
• Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, or memory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks, housekeeping, bed making, and laundry.
• Perform safety checks and report changes in residents’ well-being.
• Assist residents with meals, dining room escorts, and tray delivery.
• Encourage participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities.
• Help plan, set up, and facilitate activities and community outings.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation and communicate concerns promptly.
• Provide escort and wheelchair transportation assistance as needed.
• Respond to emergencies within the scope of training and certification.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training with the care team.

• Assist residents with meals, menu selection, dining room escorts, and tray delivery.

• Encourage participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities.

• Help plan, set up, and facilitate activities and community outings.

• Maintain accurate resident documentation and communicate concerns promptly to appropriate team members.

• Provide escort and wheelchair transportation assistance as needed.

• Respond to emergencies within the scope of training and certification.

• Attend staff meetings, complete required training, and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications:
