Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Criminal Justice, or related field
• CDCA or other specialty certification may be required
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required

Responsibilities

• Build professional, supportive relationships with clients while maintaining boundaries and promoting accountability
• Conduct client interviews, assessments, and screenings to identify needs and priorities
• Manage caseload with consistent, meaningful contact to monitor progress
• Develop individualized service plans with clients and evaluate progress
• Apply core correctional practices to promote positive behaviors and reintegration
• Provide ongoing case management including crisis intervention, advocacy, and resources
• Identify barriers and develop practical solutions with clients and partners
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with requirements
• Lead educational groups or facilitate established curricula
• Transport clients as required
