Job summary

NHS Fife is seeking an experienced RSW to join the Community Rehabilitation Team (CRT) in the Levenmouth Locality. The role delivers rehabilitation in the community and in hospital-associated settings, supporting discharge and preventing admission by working with Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and District Nursing.

You will hold an SVQ Level III in Health and Social Care or equivalent; experience as a support worker and with older people are desirable.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level III in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
