Responsibilities

• Identify needs and feasibility for recreation programs.
• Coordinate maintenance for assigned facility.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, and performance appraisals.
• Create partnerships with other organizations for joint programming.
• Establish program standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage use of County facilities and grounds.
• Oversee cash handling, billing, and budget items.
• Represent the Section in community meetings.
