Job summary

Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in recreation programs, community services, customer service, youth programs, event support, or related field.
• Bilingual and biliterate proficiency in Spanish is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Opens, closes, and secures recreation facilities according to schedule.
• Monitors program activities and ensures participant safety and compliance with rules.
• Provides courteous customer service by greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
• Supports programs and events, including setup and breakdown of spaces and equipment.
• Processes registrations, reservations, and related transactions using designated software.
• Maintains facility cleanliness, safety, and reporting of concerns.
• Assists with youth-focused programs and Teen Center operations.
