Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or current student status.
• Experience in customer service is desirable.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up facilities for events and activities per diagrams and coordinate with staff.
• Assist with special events as needed.
• Provide customer service, greet visitors and respond to inquiries from the public.
• Register participants in classes and events.
• Open and close facilities following safety protocols and handle payments as needed.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing and mailings and operate basic office equipment.
• Monitor facilities during events, ensuring safety and adherence to guidelines.
