Job summary

The Navy Region Southeast Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs. You will assist with events, facility operations, rentals, information services, and registrations.

You will handle POS transactions, inventory, and reports, while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Six months general experience and six months specialized in customer service or recreation activities.
• Ability to organize, plan, administer special events and entertainment activities.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of Navy MWR mission and activities and their suitability for individuals and groups.
• Knowledge of computers, office procedures and print production.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information on Community Recreation programs and activities.
• Process registrations and POS transactions; maintain DAR reports.
• Manage inventory and equipment check-in/check-out; report damages.
• Assist in planning, coordinating and publicizing MWR events and activities.
• Maintain records and assist with data collection for reports.
