Job summary

The University of Maryland, Baltimore, is looking for a full-time faculty member in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. The successful candidate will focus on community radiology, offering a balance between professional responsibilities and sustainability.

Ideal applicants will hold an MD, DO, or equivalent degree and be American Board of Radiology certified. Participation in call pools and proficiency in various diagnostic procedures is required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with all aspects of diagnostic radiology studies.
• Willing to participate in weekend and holidays call pool.
• Fellowship training recommended but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform barium fluoroscopy procedures and joint injections.
• Conduct biopsies and light interventional radiology procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
