Salary Range: $500,000–$600,000+ (commensurate with experience and productivity)

Signing Bonus: $25,000

Position Overview

The Department of Radiology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine is recruiting three multispecialty radiologists to support UM Shore Regional Health, with hybrid on-site and remote work. Onsite work is primarily at our Easton, MD location – although other locations on the Maryland eastern Shore are available. These positions are designed for general radiology with a flexible subspecialty focus if desired by the candidate. The clinical work consists of a fulfilling and balanced mix of XR, US, CT, MR, and fluoroscopy with a collegial team.

A highly competitive compensation plan with performance-based incentives (pay per RVU above a baseline amount).

A strong emphasis on radiologist flexibility in schedules and staffing: various schedule options including typical schedules, 7on7off, 2 weeks on (5-day workweeks) followed by 1 week off, etc. Contact us for further details.

The position can be tailored to include up to 20% academic time or be focused primarily on clinical work (higher salary), depending on the candidate’s interests and career goals. Each position includes at least: 25 days of vacation, 11 days of CME/conference time, 15 holidays (greater non‑clinical time may exist in atypical schedules). The academic position offers an additional 40 days of academic time.

A potential leadership opportunity as Radiology Medical Director is available for experienced and enthusiastic candidates interested in programmatic development and partnership with the Department and Health System.
