Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Senior Property Manager in Massachusetts to run a property like your own business, driving NOI and occupancy while leading a capable on-site team. You will report to regional leadership and align pricing, marketing, and operations with market trends to sustain strong occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes developing team capabilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional living experiences to residents, with growth

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily housing industry.
• 2 years minimum experience at a 500+ unit property and/or mixed-use community.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM, CAM, RMP certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, ADP; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana and EliseAI is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own your community’s financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends to maintain occupancy.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing on-site team.
• Drive resident satisfaction and renewals through operational excellence and dedicated leadership.
