Job summary

You will set rents, monitor occupancy, review financials, supervise maintenance, and drive resident satisfaction through timely service and strong team leadership. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of property management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, real estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as a leader.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements and reports.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting fees, and posting payments.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communication with owners and contractors.
• Control expenditures and maintain petty cash within budget.
• Oversee leasing and occupancy, inspections, notices, renewals, and evictions as needed.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to hit occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain owner relationships and provide property performance updates.
• Complete accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
