Job summary

GRS Management Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a residential community in Florida. You will support the lead Property Manager by handling lease, architectural applications, and owner inquiries, while coordinating maintenance and tracking work orders.

Key duties include resident communications, vendor coordination, and assisting with inspections and governance. Monday–Friday schedule and LCAM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in preparing documentation for community meetings.
• Maintain positive communication with residents, vendors, and board members.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs for each property, with broker support.
• Provide recommendations on community operations and governance.
• Maintain the Association’s Fact Sheet in CINC with current contracts and documents.
• Prepare management reports and materials for Board meetings.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with statutes and governing documents.
