Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience
• Certification or experience with LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files (TCS or COS)
• Compliance is essential to ensure families remain securely housed.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Oversee move-ins and move-outs with residents, guiding daily needs with empathy.
• Build relationships with housing authorities and community partners to connect families with resources.
