Responsibilities

• Lead with heart and mentor the team in property operations.
• Ensure inspections and reporting meet affordable housing compliance standards.
• Build relationships with housing authorities and partners to connect residents with resources.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Guide residents through move-ins/move-outs with empathy and professionalism.
