Conifer Realty is seeking a Community (Property) Manager in Sicklerville, NJ to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities. You will lead a team, ensure compliance, manage leasing and finances, and maintain strong partnerships with housing authorities and residents.

The role emphasizes leadership, empathy, and operational excellence to provide secure, welcoming homes for families while supporting organizational mission and growth.

Formación

• 1+ year(s) of property management experience or equivalent.
• Hold a TCS or COS certification or have ≥2 years of LIHTC/HUD project experience.
• Strong relationships with housing authorities and community partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with heart to mentor your team and foster a culture of value.
• Oversee inspections and reporting for affordable housing compliance.
• Manage leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor oversight with integrity.
• Guide residents through move-ins/move-outs with empathy and professionalism.
