Conifer Realty seeks a Community (Property) Manager for an affordable housing property in Oxford, PA. You’ll lead a team, oversee leasing, and ensure compliant operations to keep families secure and neighborhoods thriving.

Our ideal candidate has 1+ years of property management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to build partnerships with housing authorities. You’ll manage budgets, rent collection, and vendor relations with care and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of property management experience.
• COS or TCS certification or LIHTC/HUD project-based experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with heart by mentoring the property team and fostering a culture of value.
• Shape home by inspecting and reporting to ensure LIHTC/HUD compliance.
• Open doors by building partnerships with housing authorities and stakeholders.
• Balance with care by overseeing leasing, rent collection, budgeting and vendor management.
• Be present for residents through move-ins/outs and daily needs.
