Conifer Realty is seeking a Community (Property) Manager in Damascus, MD to lead operations for affordable housing communities. Salary ranges from $64,000 to $65,000 per year for a full-time, 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience.
• Hold a TCS or COS certification or have at least 2 years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, financial oversight, budgeting and vendor management with accuracy and integrity.
• Guide residents through move-ins and move-outs with empathy and professionalism.
• Build relationships with housing authorities and community partners to connect families with resources.
