Job summary

Conifer Realty LLC in Damascus, MD seeks a Community (Property) Manager to lead affordable housing programs and ensure high-quality resident services. You will oversee leasing, compliance, and day-to-day operations with a focus on community well-being and stability.

You will mentor staff, coordinate inspections and reporting for LIHTC/HUD projects, and build partnerships with housing authorities. Weekend coverage may be required based on occupancy and performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience.
• Certification: TCS or COS, or 2+ years managing LIHTC/HUD Project-Based files.
• Strong leadership and community-building skills.

Responsibilities
