Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience.
• Certification in LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files (TCS/COS) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of leasing processes, compliance, and financial oversight.

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and vendor management with accuracy.
• Guide residents through move-ins/outs and daily needs with empathy.
