Job summary

Pinehurst Apartments, managed by RHF, seeks a Property Maintenance Technician in Pinehurst, TX. Responsibilities include maintaining buildings, units, and grounds; handling work orders; and performing preventative maintenance to keep the community safe, clean, and welcoming for residents.

The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and service-oriented, with experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and the ability to read manuals and follow safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a property maintenance role is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and regulations.
• Strong communication with residents, vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior appearance of buildings and property.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days of move-out.
• Perform painting and preventative maintenance per schedule.
• Assist with inspections and respond to work orders in OneSite.
• Address maintenance emergencies, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Coordinate with landscape vendors to ensure quality work.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and secure tools and keys.
