Job summary

Fox Tucson Theatre seeks a Community Programs Coordinator to support planning, administration, and delivery of locally produced programs, community partnerships, and civic activities. This frontline role coordinates logistics, partner communications, and day‑of program operations for events at the theatre and in community settings.

Qualifications

• Two years in community engagement, arts administration, event or program coordination, nonprofit programs, performing arts, venue-use coordination, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, administration, delivery, and evaluation of locally produced programs and community partnerships.
• Coordinate program logistics, partner communications, and day‑of program operations.
• Maintain program calendars, records, attendance, and event files; support budgets and reporting.
• Serve as primary administrator for contract management, reservations, and compliance documentation.
• Assist marketing/outreach by creating local program content and visibility for community programs.
• Attend meetings and trainings to support successful program delivery and cross‑department collaboration.
