Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality Management, Parks & Recreation, or related field; 5+ years’ experience incl. supervising staff.
  • Master’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ohio driver’s license required; pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and coordinate programs, events, classes and festivals including budgeting, setup, and vendor coordination.
  • Develop advertising with marketing teams to promote offerings and attract participants, volunteers and sponsors.
  • Manage budgets, invoices, revenue reconciliation and financial reporting; assist with annual operating budget.
