Job summary

City Park Conservancy in New Orleans, LA, seeks a Community Programs & Partnerships Manager to lead development, integration, and growth of community-centered programming and strategic partnerships across the Park. This role activates the Park with mission-aligned programs while expanding access and impact.

The Manager will coordinate internal teams, external partners, and community priorities to deliver inclusive, accessible experiences reflecting New Orleans' diverse communities and region.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Active driver's license is required.
• 5–7 years in community engagement or related fields.
• Experience with diverse communities and multicultural populations.
• Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
• Experience coordinating programs and leading staff/volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute parkwide community programming and activations.
• Cultivate strategic nonprofit, school, and cultural partnerships.
• Coordinate program delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Develop and manage place-based experiences and tours.
• Prepare reports on participation, impact, and partner engagement.
