Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Program Manager to lead the implementation of its Portfolio of Community Program Offerings across the United States, coordinating awareness, education and support in Columbus and surrounding areas.

You will recruit and coach volunteers, build partnerships, travel frequently within Southeast Appalachian Ohio, manage volunteer programs and deliver data-driven community impact plans while advancing equity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years proven experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers.
• Ability to work independently and with partners.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements.
• Activate and support volunteers using Association methods and programs.
• Cultivate and manage community partnerships with underrepresented groups.
• Develop and execute data-informed community impact plans and secure agreements.
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to expand reach.
