Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association in El Paso, Texas seeks a Program Director to lead community programs, mobilize volunteers, and engage diverse partners to advance awareness and support regionally.

You will recruit and coach volunteers, manage a portfolio of offerings, and build partnerships while driving outcomes in underrepresented communities, with travel and some evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s preferred.
• Seven years of experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build a grassroots movement.
• Develop a balanced, volunteer-led portfolio of Community Program Offerings to meet Care & Support goals.
• Secure and manage donor relationships, grants and other revenue streams.
• Coach team in relationship-based fundraising and secure Community Partner Agreements.
• Build volunteer networks and evaluate performance for improvements.
• Develop partnerships with underrepresented groups to expand awareness and support.
• Develop data-informed community impact plans and manage related budgets.
