Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Alabama seeks a part-time Program Director to lead and grow our LifeWise program in the community. You will build partnerships with schools, parents, churches and families, serving as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy.

You will coordinate local fundraising, guide donor communications, recruit and support team members, and oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic administration to keep the program running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful.
• Heart for the mission is essential.
• Ability to work part-time and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and donor communications.
• Recruit, train, and support team members; foster a welcoming, Christ-centered culture.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks.
• Ensure schools, churches and partners experience professionalism and collaboration.
