Job summary

Greater Cleveland Food Bank, the region’s leading hunger-relief organization, seeks a Programs Coordinator to advance School Market Distributions, Backpack for Kids, and In-School pantry initiatives across six counties. You will collaborate with school partners, coordinate logistics for 40+ distributions monthly, and support training and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Three years related experience in customer service relationship management.
• Experience with public speaking or group education/training.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and database management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day assistance of the School Market, Backpack for Kids, and In-School pantry programs.
• Provide excellent customer service to program partners.
• Maintain School Market produce distribution schedule and prepare documents for inventory fulfillment and fleet delivery.
• Record and report community feedback; create action plans for increased food literacy and issue/complaint resolution.
• Verify and update partner information in database and product orders with scheduled distribution.
• Assist with feedback sessions, orientations, and trainings for all program partners.
• Maintain up-to-date files and documentation on program sites; ensure compliance documents are updated annually.
• Ensure completion of site visits and inspections with the Children’s Program Manager; coordinate with Compliance for corrective actions.
• Communicate issues during site visits with Compliance for corrective actions.
• Maintain dashboards and web features as needed.
