Job summary

OSU's Diversity & Cultural Engagement is seeking CRC Community and Program Assistants to help run daily operations, welcome visitors, and support educational programming at the Cultural Resource Center. You will collaborate with staff and student leaders to foster inclusive spaces and coordinate events, training, and outreach.

Qualifications

• Must be academically enrolled in a high school, college, or university and pursuing a program.
• Must meet Academic Standing Requirements; students on academic suspension are not eligible for employment.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.
• At least one year of leadership, employment, volunteer, or comparable experience demonstrating responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Staff Cultural Resource Center during shifts, providing front-desk coverage.
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally and confidentially.
• Manage office operations including printer support, mail, supplies, and inventory tracking.
