Job summary

Metropolitan Family Service seeks a Program Assistant to provide direct administrative support to the School Communities program at Hollydale Elementary School in Gresham, OR. The role is a full-time, limited-duration position from October 2026 through September 30, 2027.

The candidate will assist with outreach, recruitment, language support, data collection, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with district policies and organization standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Word, Excel and database software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide program administrative support to the SUN after school program.
• Facilitate outreach and recruitment of students, parents, and community members.
• Provide translation and language support.
• Assist with outreach and coordination of community resources.
• Coordinate participant registration, data collection and filing.
• Provide data/written reports as required.
• Comply with Hollydale Elementary District policies and procedures.
• Attend supervision meetings with Program Coordinator.
• Market the organization following guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Program Coordinator.
