Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Washington State Pharmacy Technician Certification (A) in good standing required.
- One year hospital/retail pharmacy technician experience preferred.
- Must maintain PTCB or ExCPT National Certification.
- EPIC experience preferred.
- Immunization administration proficiency.
- BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
- Maintain current licenses and required education.
Responsibilities
- Administer immunizations.
- Review and interpret prescriptions.
- Perform medical reconciliation for patients.
- Prepare medications for dispensing.
- Verify medication orders.
- Collaborate with inpatient care teams on expansion project.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Manage inventory.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
