Qualifications

• Requires Washington State Pharmacy Technician Certification (A) in good standing
• BLS Certification required within 3 months of hire
• Experience with hospital and/or retail pharmacy preferred
• Proficiency administering pharmacy-based immunizations

Responsibilities

• Administer immunizations and review prescriptions
• Interpret prescriptions and perform medical reconciliation for patients
• Prepare medications for dispensing and verify medication orders
• Maintain accurate records and manage inventory
• Communicate effectively with inpatient care teams and other healthcare professionals
