Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited school
• Minimum 5 years of outpatient or specialty pharmacy experience
• Experience supervising pharmacists and technicians
• Knowledge of URAC, BOP, ACHC accreditation readiness
• California pharmacist licensure (implied by role)

Responsibilities

• Overseeing community pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
• Supervising pharmacists and technicians and managing workflows
• Supporting community pharmacy strategies and operational activities
• Coordinating clinical workflows, prior authorizations, financial assistance, and refill coordination
• Cross-training staff and assessing competencies
• Responding to audits and collaborating with internal and external partners
• Participating in departmental meetings and serving as Administrator-On-Call
