You will supervise pharmacists and technicians, manage workflows, support prior authorizations and refill coordination, and collaborate with university system partners to expand community pharmacy services. Schedule: Full-Time Onsite; Annual salary range: $150,200 – $355,400.

• Oversee patient assessments, refill coordination, and prior authorizations.
• Coordinate training, certifications, and competencies for staff.
• Collaborate with UC system partners and pharmacy leadership to expand services.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing community pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory agency requirements
• Completing patient assessments, refill coordination, prior authorizations, financial assistance and supporting day-to-day pharmacy workflow functions
• Cross-training pharmacists and technicians across community pharmacy workflows
• Conducting competency assessments and ensuring timely completion of all trainings and required certifications
• Collaborating with UC system partners, pharmacy leadership, and internal departments to enhance and expand community pharmacy services
• Supporting operational performance improvement
• Supervising staff to ensure accuracy, productivity, compliance, and adherence to departmental expectations
• Participating in departmental meetings and serving as Administrator-On-Call as needed
