Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Illinois with Doctorate or BS in Pharmacy.
• Registered and licensed in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist credential.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions safely accurately.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients and staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and state/federal laws.
• Oversee operations in absence of the pharmacist in charge.
