Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support in Maple Shade, NJ. This role is ideal for individuals who value meaningful, home- and community-based service, with consistent hours and a steady schedule.

You will assist an adult with developmental disabilities, offer companionship, promote independence, and help progress toward personal goals while maintaining safety and documenting services for the Kindly team. Driving is required for shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
• Driving required; valid driver's license required.
• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.
