Job summary

Duke Health seeks a board-certified pathologist to join the Community Pathology practice, serving Duke Regional and Duke Raleigh Hospitals. The role replaces a retiring colleague and offers opportunities to grow the fast‑changing pathology service in a collegial environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate superb diagnostic ability, clear communication, and teamwork within a supportive staff that includes PAs and laboratory personnel.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with NC license or eligibility to obtain one.
• ABP Board Certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
• Excellent diagnosticians with superb communication and teamwork.
• Experience in surgical pathology (GU/GI/head & neck) and/or fellowship in cytopathology or hematopathology.
