Job summary

Sola Network is seeking a full-time Community Pastor to provide pastoral care and develop ministries at 4Pointes Church in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities include leading small group ministries, welcoming guests, and preaching to the congregation.

The ideal candidate will have a Master of Divinity from an accredited seminary and a life consistent with Christian teachings. The position offers compensation in the 50th to 75th percentile, housing allowance, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Life is consistent with what is laid out in 1 Timothy and Titus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pastoral Care and Shepherding to the Community of 4Pointes.
• Lead and Develop the Small Group Ministry of 4Pointes.
• Lead the Connection Team and Cultivate Connection Pathways for Guests.
• Preach 4 times a year to the congregation on Sundays.
• Cultivate spiritual disciplines and practices.

Education

Master of Divinity or equivalent from an accredited seminary.
