Sola Network is seeking a Manager of Community Groups to oversee and enhance Community Groups. The role involves developing leaders, cultivating strong community relationships, and implementing strategies that align with the church's mission.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with a strategic mindset to develop and support community groups. This full-time position requires engagement in church activities and oversight of group dynamics.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop volunteer leaders and teams.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, growth, and health of Community Groups.
• Recruit, train, and care for Community Group leaders.
• Design and implement systems for leader recruitment and group multiplication.
