Job summary

Coastal Community Foundation is seeking a Project Manager to support Charleston Education Partners and the Tricounty Housing Futures Fund. You will coordinate projects, community engagement, partnerships, events, communications, and administrative activities under the CEOs' guidance.

The role divides time between two organizations, requiring strong communication, event planning, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in education, community development, public administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, community engagement, or partnership coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations related to administrative management, community engagement, partner coordination, and event logistics.
• Plan and execute community-based initiatives with clearly delineated goals.
• Maintain communication across programs and partners to ensure alignment and timely follow-up.
• Track progress on program deliverables, prepare status updates, and contribute to grant reports.
• Build and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders and coordinate joint initiatives.
