Job summary

Coastal Community Foundation is seeking a Project Manager to support Charleston Education Partners and the Tricounty Housing Futures Fund. The role coordinates projects, community engagement, partnerships, events, communications, and administrative tasks across two related areas.

The Project Manager will split time between organizations, report to both CEOs, and ensure timely completion of commitments with a focus on equity and community impact in the Charleston region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in relevant fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, community engagement, or partnership coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build trust and collaborate with families, educators, and community stakeholders.
• Commitment to CEP’s mission of equitable, community-anchored schooling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations including administrative management and event logistics.
• Coordinate projects, community engagement, partnerships, and program activities.
• Maintain cross-program communication to ensure alignment and timely follow-up.
• Plan and support community-focused events and forums.
• Prepare minutes and maintain engagement records for transparency.
