Job summary

Better Together in Florida is seeking a Partnership Manager to lead efforts to forge relationships with churches, donors, employers and other community partners in North Central Florida. You will research opportunities, present our mission, and close key partnerships while reporting to the Regional Executive Director and collaborating with the strategy team.

A strong sales mindset and clear communication are essential to grow our impact locally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Strong sales skills and excellent verbal/written communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Research potential partners and events in North Central Florida.
• Develop, present, and close partnership opportunities with churches, donors and employers.
• Deliver community presentations to generate leads and partnerships.
• Network at events and follow up with leads within 24 hours.
