  • Model accountability, innovation, inclusion, service, and ethical decision-making in how you work with colleagues, donors, and community partners.
What You Will Bring

  • At least four years of experience in areas such as partnership development, business development, community engagement, program or project management, sales, or fundraising.

Why Join Goodwill?

At Goodwill, a great partnership can become much more than a single event or donation drive. It can introduce new people to our mission, make donating easier, strengthen our presence in a community, and generate resources that help people build skills, find employment, and create greater possibilities for themselves and their families.

As Community Partnerships & Growth Manager, you will have an opportunity to build something. You will cultivate relationships, test new ideas, learn from results, and help Goodwill expand how we engage communities and grow the donated goods that fuel our mission. The role is intentionally cross-functional, partnering with Brand & Community Engagement, Donated Goods/Retail, Operations, Transportation, and other teams to make that growth possible.

If you are energized by people, possibilities, and measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you.
