Job summary

Elwyn, a nonprofit serving individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, seeks a Community Liaison to expand presence across southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. You will build and nurture referral networks with community organizations, healthcare providers, payers, and other groups to drive admissions growth and strengthen Elwyn’s service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields; in lieu of undergraduate degree, equivalent years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral networks with community organizations, healthcare providers, payers, and other groups to foster growth in admissions and service lines.
• Travel locally to conduct face‑to‑face meetings, host lunch & learns, deliver presentations, and attend provider meetings to promote Elwyn’s programs.
• Collaborate with program leaders and admissions teams to create marketing plans supporting organizational goals and outcomes.
• Monitor performance metrics, market research, and admissions growth to inform strategy and ensure sustainability.
