Job summary

Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch seeks an experienced leader to grow restaurant and catering sales through local outreach, partnerships, and community engagement. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with local organizations, and drive measurable sales growth.

The role requires walking into local businesses, schools, churches, and healthcare providers to develop partnerships and campaigns. You will track activity, report outcomes, and support leadership with data-driven updates.

Qualifications

• At least two years of Chick-fil-A experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong understanding of Chick-fil-A hospitality, standards, and brand expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to prepare updates for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a local sales-growth plan in partnership with the Operator.
• Proactively visit businesses, schools, churches, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Build relationships that generate catering orders, recurring business, events, and sponsorships.
• Identify and pursue new catering accounts and community partnerships.
• Conduct product sampling and outreach activities to drive measurable sales.
• Maintain records of outreach activity, contacts, and catering leads; track ROI of campaigns.
