Job summary

Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch is seeking an experienced Marketing & Catering Director to lead local marketing efforts, own the full catering business, and drive sales growth. You will develop marketing strategies, build community relationships, grow and manage catering from lead generation through delivery, and strengthen the Chick-fil-A brand throughout the trade area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Chick-fil-A leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the restaurant’s annual marketing plan with the Operator, including objectives, strategies, budgets, and measurable goals.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, sponsorships, and community events.
• Manage the restaurant’s local social media presence and digital marketing initiatives.
• Own and grow the restaurant’s catering business by developing new business relationships and sales opportunities.
• Lead or assist in product sampling events to drive catering awareness.
• Keep records of catering sales, revenue, and invoices; track growth and campaign effectiveness for updates to the Operator.
• If needed, support restaurant operations and be knowledgeable about Chick-fil-A products and procedures.

This leader will develop marketing strategies, build community relationships, grow and manage catering from lead generation through delivery, and strengthen the Chick-fil-A brand throughout the trade area.

• Monthly Catering Growth Bonus: In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to earn a monthly bonus equal to 1% of eligible net catering sales, subject to the restaurant’s performance standards and the terms of the bonus program.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Strategy

• Develop and execute the restaurant’s annual marketing plan with the Operator, including quarterly objectives, strategies, budgets, and measurable goals.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, sponsorships, and community events.
• Manage the restaurant’s local social media presence and digital marketing initiatives.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, schools, churches, sports organizations, and community groups.
• Represent Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch professionally within the community.

Catering Ownership & Growth

• Own and grow the restaurant’s catering business by developing new business relationships and sales opportunities.
• Lead or assist in product sampling events to drive catering awareness.
• Keep records of catering sales, revenue, and invoices; track catering growth and campaign effectiveness for regular updates to the Operator.

Catering Execution & Guest Experience

• Ensure all catering orders are printed, when applicable, and posted in the restaurant.
• Actively communicate with FOH and BOH regarding all catering orders to ensure order accuracy, on-time deliveries, and correct payment methods.
• Communicate with catering guests in a professional and friendly manner consistent with Chick-fil-A’s vision and values; handle any guest issues that arise.
• Work at additional distribution points as needed for catering deliveries.
• Focus on food safety and maintain a clean and safe production environment.

Leadership & Operations

• Manage the marketing budget responsibly and maximize return on investment.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure the successful execution of marketing and catering initiatives.
• Support restaurant operations as needed and be knowledgeable about all Chick-fil-A products and procedures.
