Job Responsibilities

The Community Partnerships Coordinator manages a portfolio of Network Partners and implements neighbor-focused initiatives, including the Client Voice Project. Responsibilities include providing support through training, data collection, data entry, and administrative tasks related to these projects.

Key duties include:

  • Managing a caseload of food distribution partners, ensuring compliance with regulations and contracts, performing site visits, and assisting with food safety practices.
  • Facilitating the Service Insights Program, including onboarding, training, and maintaining the system.
  • Leading volunteer and staff training, maintaining equipment, and supporting project efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are met, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, case management, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and relational databases like CERES or Oasis Insight.

Preferred:

  • 3+ years in a nonprofit or government social services setting.
  • Background in social work, sociology, or related fields.
  • Experience with project management, IT support, and understanding hunger and poverty issues.
Personal Attributes

Passion, integrity, humor, innovation, servant leadership, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Physical Requirements

Work involves both office and community settings, requiring mobility, communication, and computer use.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time, non-exempt role, $32.33/hour (~$63,044/year), with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and more.
