Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a casual, per diem Supported Employment Coordinator in Harrisburg to guide adults with IDD toward meaningful employment. You will conduct discovery, develop tailored supports, and foster partnerships with local employers to place and retain job seekers.

You will provide on-the-job training, coaching, and advocacy while helping clients access transportation and related benefits considerations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of full‑time work experience in human services preferred.
• ACRE certification within six months of employment is expected or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with individuals to complete discovery and identify vocational themes.
• Engage in person-centered job development using networks and informational interviews.
• Target individualized job goals and negotiate opportunities with employers.
• Assist with resume writing, applications, and interview preparation.
