Job summary

CPARC in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Community Participation Instructor for the Community Fusion day program serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will assist participants in a range of activities of their choice, including community involvement, with a 35-hour work week from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, at a pay rate of $16.26 per hour. The organization provides a competitive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Experience in working with people who have disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Must be physically able to care for participants with disabilities and must possess a valid PA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• The Community Participation Instructor will assist these participants in a range of activities of their choice, including community involvement.
• Schedule: Mechanicsburg – Full-time (35 hours per week): Monday through Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm.
